  • I recently had my 2008 CTS serviced for an oil change and a broken rear trunk lamp. The service department at Morris was consistently polite, helpful and professional. They washed my car after each service call, a nice extra, and the serviceman brought it to the door of the service center when it was done so I did not have to find it in the lot. Small courtesies mean alot. I received a $25.00 discount service coupon and applied it to one of my visits...that helped and I appreciate it. This is my third Cadillac. I hope it is not my last. General Motors needs to stand alone like the free, competitive American company it used to be and like Ford is still. When GM stops taking government money, I may consider buying another car from them. Bottom line, the people in Service (especially Moe), at Morris treated me with respect and gave me quality.
